Arenal Rafting Company was funded in 2013 by Daniel Anchia Torrente one of the pioneers of Rafting in La Fortuna, Costa Rica paddling since 1993 and called by the local people son of the Arenal volcano. He worked in many countries always paddling in white water rafting class V – IV – III on the best river of the world. Also, he is instructor of the American Canoa Rescue Association and as well Instructor of rafting with all the certifications, represent Costa Rica in many world white water rafting champions tournaments on master’s and others categories as well.
