    Before Costa Rica:

    I am American. I was an entrepreneur prior to arriving in Costa Rica and remain so!

    Why Costa Rica:

    A desire for a change of venue was the catalyst, which was fueled by my assistant who had once lived in Playa Potrero. And Costa Rica’s proximity to the US where my aging father and teenage sons were living. I first arrived in February 200.

    The challenging things about running your business:

    The red-tape, the lagging (although rapidly improving) infrastructure, and a labor pool capable of effective multitasking and time management.

    Why is your business successful?

    Our passion, the people in our immediate circle, Costa Rica’s appeal in general and more specifically, Playa Langosta.

    Future plans:

    I am finishing the creation of 4 penthouses atop the dbBuilding & I hope to start another project of a similar scale or a bit larger soon.

    Favorite Music: Led Zeppelin and Frank Sinatra.

    The first record I ever bought: The Green Green Grass of Home, Tom Jones.

    Favorite Comedian: Robin Williams

    What is a skill or talent that you have that most people might not know about: Never say never. Infinite positivity. I am not as dumb as I appear to be 😀. Diehard conservative.

    What is something on your bucket list that you would like to accomplish: Tomorrow.

    Favorite areas to visit in Costa Rica? Arenal, Tabacon, Monteverde.

    My Fantasy Dinner Party: Jesus Christ, my mom, my dad & my partner Vanessa.
